What can I buy through the Art of Barter network?
There's an old adage on the farm that says you should eat what you can and can what you can't eat. In the business world we say you should sell what you can for cash but don't eat what's left. Trade it! People trade what they otherwise would have “eaten”. Most commonly that would be their time which is the most perishable of all commodities. Therefore most of what is traded in the barter world is of a service nature as opposed to merchantable goods. Merchandise is certainly traded but it is the exception not the rule.
Every one of us uses professional services of many kinds throughout the year. Why pay cash when you can trade your products and services for barter dollars to use for these services?
